This is a traditional sauce from Tuscany made by our producer using just simple ingredients. The Speck and Porcini Mushroom Sauce is a delicious sauce to serve for dinner and impress your guest with a traditional Italian dish. To cook it firstly place it in a pan and warm it with some extra virgin oil for 5- 10 minutes. When your pasta is cooked and the sauce is warmed through, gently mix the sauce with the pasta, ensuring there is an even coating of the sauce. This will ensure that you get that true Italian flavour with every mouthful! We recommend pappardelle and for a better result serve it with parmesan.
