Wildboar Ragu (180g)

This Wildboar Ragu is made by our producer in Tuscany using a really Traditional Tuscan recipe. This is the ideal Ragu for a perfect dinner with guests. To cook it firstly place it in a pan and warm it with two tablespoons of boiling water for 10 -15 minutes. When your pasta is cooked and the sauce is warmed through, gently mix the sauce with the pasta, ensuring there is an even coating of the sauce. This will ensure that you get that true Italian flavour with every mouthful! We recommend pappardelle, gnocchi or polenta. For a better result serve it with parmesan.

Ingredients: Wild boar 35%, rustic passata, beef, double concentrated tomato paste, extra virgin oil, red wine, fresh mixed vegetable in various quantity (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper, mixed spices, bay leaves.
