This is the traditional Bolognese Ragu made by our Tuscan producer using simple and traditional ingredients. Just warm the Ragu in a sauce pan with two tablespoons of boiling water for around 10-15 minutes and then mix the sauce with the pasta dish. For a better result serve the Ragu with parmesan. In addition the Bolognese is a great Ragu to make Lasagna. You will need at least two jars of the sauce. Put in a sauce pan the Bolognese Ragu and the besciamella sauce and cook it for 15 minutes. On another sauce pan boil the lasagne layers. Then start the process of building the lasagne dish by spreading the sauce at the bottom of the dish and cover with a layer of lasagna pasta. Spread some more sauce on top, and some mozzarella and parmesan, then top with another layer of lasagna. Repeat the process with as many layers of lasagna as you want. When you have finished, cover the lasagna with a generous helping of parmesan to give that crispy finish. Cook the dish for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy!
