This Pastry are a speciality of Sicily. They are a fried shell filled with a delicate Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream. These pastries are really part of the Italian food culture, they are very crunchy because of the fried shell and you can really taste the delicacy of the cream. They are a great accompaniment to capuccino, coffee and any hot drinks. They come hand wrapped in a Tontini Foods plastic bag, which is ideal for a small but significant gift.
Ingredients: wheat flour, cereal flour, starch, sugar, vegetable oil, wine, vanillin, flavourings (contains eggs). Ingredients of the hazelnut and cocoa cream (50%): sugar, vegetable oils, fat-reduced cocoa powder 7%, whey powder, lactose, hazelnuts 2%, skimmed milk powder. Emulsifying agents: soy lechitin, flavourings. May contain traces of peanuts.
