This is a characteristic honey from South of Italy. It has a light colour  with a delicate floral aroma and scent of orange blossom. The Orange Honey is produced by bees that obtain the sweet nectar from the orange trees blossoms, this is why it has a delicate smell and flower aroma. The Orange Honey is great fro baking and for ice creams.
