Pesto Rosso (130g)

This pesto is produced in the North-western region of Italy called Liguria,  where the original recipe orignated. We suggest serving this pesto with pasta, fettuccine or classic spaghetti.  In order to follow the traditional Genovese recipe, meanwhile cook your pasta in the normal way, boil  three or four boiled potatoes and some green beans, then mix this amazing Pesto to the boiled potatoes and green beans.When your pasta is cooked, gently mix the Pesto with the pasta, ensuring there is an even coating of the Pesto.  Add some parmesan on the top. Add some parmesan to enrich the dish.

Tip: To really enjoy the taste of this high quality pesto we suggest having it on warm ciabatta bread as an appetizer. Enjoy!
